Job Description
FMR ACADEMY is currently seeking a skilled Reservations Ticketing Agent to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full-time role in the Travel & Tourism sector offers a competitive salary of ₦200,00.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with airline regulations. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Tourism or Hospitality and have at least 2 years of experience as a Ticketing Officer. Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, along with excellent customer service skills, is essential.
