Job Description

This full-time position requires an individual with a strong legal background in real estate.
Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of state and federal real property laws, and possess strong research and analytical capabilities. Expertise in negotiation and litigation is essential.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, proven success in transactions, and exceptional organizational and drafting skills will be highly regarded.
