Job Description
As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of our company’s facilities. Your role will involve managing the maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of our buildings and equipment to ensure their smooth functioning.
You will collaborate with a team of technicians and contractors to execute preventative maintenance programs and address any facility-related issues promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs within the facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising facility staff and contractors
- Planning and managing budgets for facility maintenance
