Job Description
Piedras Properties is searching for a seasoned Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our vibrant team. The successful applicant will be tasked with devising impactful marketing strategies, nurturing client relationships, and refining our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze sales activities and produce detailed reports.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and engage in negotiations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
