Job Description
A Facility Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a facility, ensuring its smooth functioning and efficiency. As a Facility Manager, your responsibilities will include managing the maintenance team, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. You will be responsible for managing budgets, procuring necessary equipment and supplies, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Additionally, you will develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all occupants.
