Job Description
We are excited to invite ambitious individuals to join the Upbeat Centre team as Sales Executives in Lagos! In this role, you will play a critical part in maximizing our revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective reservation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Create tailored proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
- Utilize sales software to streamline the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management data to achieve your sales goals.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess an HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences or Humanities, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
