Job Description

Customer Service: Greeting clients, answering inquiries, and providing information about available properties or services offered by the company.

Administrative Support: Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records.

Property Information: Providing details about properties, including pricing, availability, specifications, and features to potential clients.

Client Coordination: Assisting in scheduling property viewings, coordinating meetings between clients and real estate agents, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of paperwork for property transactions.

Office Maintenance: Keeping the front desk area organized, managing office supplies, and ensuring the reception area presents a professional image.

Problem Solving: Handling basic client issues or redirecting them to the appropriate department or personnel for resolution.

Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by providing administrative support, preparing materials for presentations, and following up with clients.

Knowledge of Real Estate Laws and Regulations: Having a basic understanding of real estate laws and regulations to assist clients with general inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦60,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month
