Job Description
LD&D Consulting is currently seeking a committed Client Service Relationship Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. This onsite position offers a competitive salary of NGN 150,00 and is scheduled from Monday to Friday, with possible weekend and holiday shifts as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client service operations, managing client inquiries, collaborating with event teams, maintaining accurate client records, and addressing any concerns with professionalism.
Applicants should possess at least two years of experience in client service, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with CRM tools will be considered an advantage.
