Job Description

A Front Desk Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of an organization. They are responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors and guests, answering phone calls, and managing appointments. A Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and as such, they must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
