Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff and effectively managing IT-related challenges.
Your primary duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and safeguarding network security. Additionally, you will play a key role in setting up and configuring new equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of IT support practices, exhibit outstanding communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to resolve issues promptly. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
