Pelican Staffing Solutions Nigeria is looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to manage our operations in Nigeria and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee customer support operations.
- Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic support team.
- Develop and implement service policies and improvement strategies.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of computer literacy, 3 years of leadership experience, a background in gaming/casino, and a Bachelor’s Degree.
