Job Description
UpTeam by Conexio is actively seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to engage with clients over the phone. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, conducting surveys, qualifying leads, identifying projects, and performing both inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, you will support telemarketing efforts and assist the Operations Director as required.
Desired Qualities: Ideal candidates are team players with excellent listening abilities, a dynamic approach, dedication, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and independence.
Required Skills: Applicants should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in planning and organizing to achieve objectives, have experience in commercial prospecting, and be comfortable with telephone interactions.
