Job Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an HR Officer. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of an HND qualification and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to management and employees on employee-related matters.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance management process.
- Support management in identifying development needs and facilitating development activities (on individual, team, and organizational levels).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Coordinate and execute various HR processes including onboarding, discipline, transfer, and leavers.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation regarding personnel administration.
- Administer and coordinate compensation benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
- Provide human resources analysis for headcount planning and budget reporting.
- Coordinate staff recruitment as approved by management.
- Ensure successful audit rating in HR and Employee Relations.
- Facilitate daily administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related fields.
- At least 4-6 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people management skills.
