Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer the performance management program, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback.
• Support employee relations by addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR tools.
