Job Description
ROLE: Project Manager
INDUSTRY: Design and Event
LOCATION: Lekki
SALARY: 200,00
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as project coordinator and assist senior project managers and project teams with completing all required documentation.
- Liaise with contract staff, vendors, and other partners to ensure that all documents are submitted.
- Schedule meetings, managing the company calendar and all meeting platforms.
- Attend all meetings as required by compiling minutes and circulating them to participants.
- Serve as the contact person for the management of all platforms including ERP, Project Management, payments, design, etc.
- Update information on all proprietary platforms by taking input from project managers and the management team.
- Ensure documents are properly archived and stored in locations including Google Drive, hard drives, and other backups.
REQUIREMENTS
- Great research skills and ability to learn new information quickly.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated for continuous improvement and development.
- PMP, Agile or other project management certifications in view or desire to acquire within a short time frame.
- Must be ready to travel within Nigeria at short notice.
- Must live in Lekki, VI, Ikoyi, anywhere up to Ajah.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,00.00 per month
Experience:
- Leadership or supervision in the spa and wellness industry: 3 years (Preferred)
