Job Description
Reposebay is actively searching for a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our operational efforts. The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing business strategies, managing supply chain logistics, and driving growth initiatives. This position is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record of transforming startups into reputable brands.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational strategies, manage vendor relationships, collaborate closely with the CEO on growth objectives, and ensure adherence to fashion industry regulations.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years in operations, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce sectors; strong leadership and management skills; expertise in logistics and financial oversight; and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
