Job Description

Quintevo Nigeria Limited is actively searching for a Front Desk/Office Assistant to serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative duties, oversee correspondence, and provide essential support to various departments to facilitate seamless operations.

Type: Full-Time

Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00

Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and assisting other departments as needed. Candidates should possess an OND, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
