Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly competent Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the field of interior designs. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and suppliers to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
  • Oversee the procurement and installation of materials, furnishings, and equipment.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design plans and resolve any construction-related issues.
  • Prepare project reports and updates for management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the field of interior designs.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of architectural and interior design principles.
