Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Legal Advice and Counsel : Providing legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal issues and matters.
- Contract Review and Negotiation : Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements with external parties, suppliers, clients, etc.
- Compliance : Ensuring the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Risk Management : Identifying legal risks and proposing risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization’s interests.
- Litigation Management : Handling or overseeing litigation matters, including working with external counsel when necessary.

- Intellectual Property : Managing intellectual property issues, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
