Job Description
Peral De Food is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily functions of our restaurant in Lagos. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet financial objectives. Responsibilities include managing staff in all areas, training employees, monitoring inventory, collaborating on menu items, and maintaining health and safety compliance.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with restaurant management systems. This is a full-time position with a salary range of NGN 75,00 – 150,00.
