Job Description
Meat Madam (The MSS Company) is seeking a Sales and Fulfillment Administrator based in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales management or e-commerce fulfillment, preferably in health or wellness products.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, processing orders and payments, maintaining customer records, managing deliveries, and creating sales reports. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a tech-savvy mindset with familiarity in e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
