We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Work In Nigeria Recruitment Agency in Lekki.

Salary: ₦350,00 Monthly

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and partners.
• Manage information flow and executives’ calendars.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Prepare communication materials.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Organize office filing system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
