Job Description

Mela Tech is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will manage resources, coordinate teams, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, develop efficient processes, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements: Minimum Diploma, 2-3 years of experience in Operations Management, strong administrative skills, and the ability to establish a professional Operations department from scratch.

Salary: NGN 150,00 – 250,00 (Full Time position in Hospitality & Hotel).
