Job Description
We are seeking an excellence-driven, proactive team player to join Albert & Wand as an Operations Manager for our real estate business in Lagos.
Key Job Objectives: Enhance operational efficiency, manage and coordinate team efforts, and oversee company projects and listings to meet quality standards and sales targets.
Key Requirements: BSc in Business Administration, MSc or MBA preferred, with 7 years of experience in business operations, preferably in real estate. Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
We prefer candidates residing on the Island for easier commuting.
