Arbitos Business Operations Ltd. is seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for our users. This full-time position is based in Lagos, offering a competitive salary of NGN 75,00 – 150,00.

You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, maintain detailed records of interactions, and handle complaints with empathy. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a solutions-oriented mindset. A diploma is required with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
