Job Description
Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for a 6-month remote contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing administrative support for client projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Updating employee databases and records.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment systems.
- Addressing employee queries related to HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1 year of HR experience.
