Job Description
MorningStar Ceramics Company Nigeria Limited is a leading distributor of building material products in Nigeria. The company is located in Festac, Lagos.
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced PeachTree Accountant to join our team.
Job Description:
- Manage all financial transactions using Sage 50 accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax-related documents.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on financial matters.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Sound knowledge of Peachtree (Sage 50) accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 per month.
