Job Description
Join Realistic Projects as a Quantity Surveyor in Lagos, Nigeria. In this full-time on-site role, you will handle cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and reporting for construction projects. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as RICS or NIQS are a plus. Experience in quantity surveying and construction projects is essential.
