Job Description
The Graduate Trainee’s responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, gaining knowledge of operations, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement, and updating records. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial. A good Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a positive attitude are required.
Graduate Trainee Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers and Supervisors.
- Fulfill traineeship requirements and meet goals.
- Follow all company regulations and health and safety codes.
- Prepare documents and update records.
- Learn about conflict resolution and sit in on disciplinary hearings.
- Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required.
Graduate Trainee Requirements:
- A good Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
