Rekrut Consulting Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our dynamic team. As a Secretary, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various tasks to facilitate business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor greetings; maintain filing systems; assist with data entry; coordinate travel and meetings; prepare documents; manage office supplies; and perform additional administrative tasks.

Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma; 1-2 years of relevant experience; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and ability to handle confidential information.

Salary: N80,00 Monthly.
