Job Description
As a Team Lead in Loan Unblocking, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals who work to unblock loan applications and ensure a smooth application process.
Your primary role will be to lead and support the team members, providing guidance on loan unblocking strategies and ensuring targets are met. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to resolve complex loan blocks and improve overall customer satisfaction.
