Job Description
Location: Lekki Lagos
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Salary: 400k – 500k
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming business processes through technology and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business processes and workflows for optimal ERP integration.
- Customize and implement Odoo solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth system operation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation and assist in project management tasks.
- Perform functional testing of new modules and features.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to gather and address requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.
- Project management experience is desirable.
