Job Description
FOLIXX HOSPITALITY is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring guest interactions, resolving complaints, managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the hospitality sector, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
What we offer includes a 13th Month, HMO, and subsidized staff meals. This is a full-time position with a pay range of ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 monthly. Candidates should preferably be located in Lekki and have at least 3 years of operations management experience.
