Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Mascot Insurance Brokers in Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for daily tasks that include lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to identify and target potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills for data mining, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience developing market research strategies and effective implementation.
- Lead generation skills to pull prospective clients towards the company’s insurance products.
- Customer service skills to effectively manage existing client relationships.
- Ability to work independently or with a team to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the insurance sales industry is a plus.
