We are currently looking for a Human Resource Learning Officer to join our team:

• Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
• Develops training and development programs and objectives, as well as implementing learning strategies and programs.
• Designs e-learning courses for both technical and soft skills.
• Supports the development and implementation of the CIL Academy program.
• Handles complex casework, performance, and employee relations issues.
• Identifies HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translates business requirements into effective HR practices, and delivers people solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Supports in delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, succession planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Maintains budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
• Assesses the success of development plans and helps employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Evaluates individual and organizational development needs.
• Implements various learning methods company-wide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
• Maintains a clear understanding and provides up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; develops HR policies in line with current legislation and keeps abreast of modern HR procedures and best practices.
• Exemplifies the desired culture of the organization.
• Works effectively as a team member with the HR staff.
• Responsible for creating and introducing HR functions in our growing organization.
