Davinsoft Digitals is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle user inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide email, chat, and phone support to users.
• Resolve disputes between freelancers and clients.
• Escalate technical issues to the development team.
