Job Description

Managing the company’s recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.

Handling the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and completing necessary paperwork.

Managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Coordinating employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to management.

Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance.
