- Oversee customer service staff and provide performance feedback.
- Strategize and monitor daily customer service operations.
- Assist customer service staff and train them in company policies.
- Manage cashier coverage and customer flow for efficient service.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
- BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
