Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Engineering & Project Management Storekeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory, ensuring that all materials and supplies required for engineering and project management activities are readily available.

As a Storekeeper, you will be expected to accurately monitor inventory levels, track items, and place orders when necessary. You will work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure that materials are delivered in a timely manner, and to coordinate any special requests or urgent needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries of materials and equipment
  • Organize and store items in a logical and accessible manner
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements
  • Monitor stock expiration dates and rotate inventory as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Work closely with internal teams to fulfill their material and supply needs

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in inventory management, preferably within an engineering or project management setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential, as you will be collaborating with multiple departments and external vendors.
