Job Description
Please read the below carefully before applying for this role. We are looking for an administrative assistant to edit tailored CV’s which can help stand out amongst other applicants and improve the chances of getting job interviews.
You will support the HR department in duties like applying for job openings, this includes tailoring CV’s to include a list of responsibilities and qualifications. You will take those qualifications and add the same language or keywords throughout the tailored CV to show the candidate can fulfill the role.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for job postings
- Edit and create tailored CV to match the job post
- Applying for jobs posting online
- Updating Job application logs of your daily work
- Screenshots of your daily work
Job Requirements:
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Laptop required for this role
- Teamwork skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Working Hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) Office based
