Job Summary: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service, ensuring alignment with business goals and luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies, analyze performance, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years in luxury retail management, excellent leadership skills, and commitment to service excellence.
