We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager for our Steel Drums division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the steel drum industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and prospecting new clients in the steel drum market
• Negotiating and closing sales agreements
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the steel drum industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
