Location: Ikota/Orchid Road, Lagos (Residential proximity to the Island is very crucial)
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Salary: ₦150,00 per month
Keloy Consulting Limited is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This role includes managing operations, enhancing customer experience, and resolving escalated complaints effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and team management expertise are essential.
