Job Description
*Swift Consulting* is seeking a qualified and experienced Admin Officer for one of our esteemed clients in the Real Estate industry, located in Lekki Phase 2.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Strong understanding of real estate operations and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and maintain records.
- Coordinate property inspections and client communication.
- Support the real estate team in various administrative tasks.
