Job Summary

Our client, a wholesale and retail clothing brand selling brands from Turkey, China, the UK, and other countries and located in the heart of the Balogun market, seeks to bring on board an experienced Facebook Community Sales Representative to post content on Facebook and WhatsApp and attend to all inquiries from both platforms.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of communicating with customers via social media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp.
  • Work with the content creator to create social media strategies.
  • Attend to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company’s social media platforms.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all fashion items in-store to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ability to employ solid customer service, sales, and communication skills to convince customers to make purchases.
  • Ability to suggest other related fashion items that will meet the customers’ needs per time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND
  • 3 years of working experience
  • Social media savvy
