Job Description
Indie Finance is seeking an experienced Risk Officer to join our risk management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact our financial well-being and reputation. You will collaborate with various departments to align our risk management practices with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate financial and non-financial risks
- Develop risk management policies and frameworks
- Provide risk training for employees
- Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 3+ years of risk management experience
- Professional certification preferred
