Job Description
Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time role involves answering customer calls, upselling products, providing service information, and resolving inquiries.
Qualifications: Minimum NCE/OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree, strong communication and multi-tasking skills required. Experience in customer service is preferred. Candidates aged 20-35 are encouraged to apply.
Salary: N70,00 – N80,00 monthly.
