Job Description
A Real Estate Financial Advisor is an integral part of our team, specializing in providing financial advice and guidance to clients interested in real estate investments.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating clients’ financial situations and objectives.
- Analyzing real estate investment opportunities and risks.
- Developing personalized investment plans.
- Providing advice on property financing and mortgages.
- Assisting clients in buying, selling, and managing investment properties.
- Monitoring and reviewing investment portfolios.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a financial advisor or similar role.
