Job Description
Our client, a cafe located in Oniru, Lagos, is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager. This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing menus, purchasing supplies, training staff, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You will implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Manage F&B operations, maintain customer service standards, design menus, lead the team, and comply with regulations.
Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and a service-oriented approach.
