HAUSBA Smarthomes Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Officer (CSO) to enhance customer value from our products and services. The CSO will cultivate long-term relationships, provide support, and proactively address customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall customer experience.

Core competencies include strong relationship building, effective communication, adaptability, and proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho). A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 3-5 years in customer success is required.
